About Hamilton
Hamilton offers a Traditional Academic Program (TAP) to middle school students in southeast Denver. Hamilton is also a magnet school for 200 students who choice in to the International Preparatory Program (IPM).
Hamilton is rated a High Performing School by Denver Public Schools.
Hamilton’s culture is one where learning is valued, where students of all backgrounds and abilities grow as active citizens in a safe environment, and where academic, emotional, aesthetic and social development is meaningful. Our students become independent thinkers, readers and learners.
Our community is a partnership of students, teachers and parents. Learning is not restricted to the classroom, but includes after school programs, sports, music and socials that improve student and community connectedness.
